Martin Marietta Materials’ Vision to Create the Global Leader in Construction Aggregates

Martin Marietta has publicly announced that it has delivered a proposal to Vulcan Materials Company and commenced an exchange offer to effect a business combination with Vulcan. If completed, the stock-for-stock transaction would create a U.S.-based company that is the global leader in construction aggregates, with a footprint reaching across North America. This website provides information on our proposal and exchange offer, and the actions we are taking to seek to ensure that it is fairly and objectively considered.
